【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院內政委員會傍晚審查海基會明年度預算時，民進黨立委陳其邁質疑，高齡70歲的海基會顧問朱甌月領11萬8千元高薪，卻沒做什麼事，根本是酬庸。親民黨立委陳怡潔也指，據傳朱到中國訪問時，都自稱是國民黨黨官，卻不稱自己是海基會顧問，海基會應查明。

海基會董事長林中森表示，目前朱甌兼任他的辦公室主任，會要求他做好溝通、聯繫業務，海基會可聘1至2名支薪顧問，他支薪符合規定。至於朱在對岸自稱國民黨黨官，林中森允諾會查明。不過民進黨立委段宜康、李俊俋認為，朱甌年屆70歲，而海基會規定會務人員年滿65歲就要強制退休，朱甌也應比照，不該再續聘。
