大同板橋廠開發案　拼明年下半推案

【李宜儒／台北報導】家電廠大同（2371）板橋廠開發案環評正式過關，大同總經理林郭文艷表示，目前板橋廠開發計劃已經送到新北市政府進行都市審議，順利的話，希望明年上半年能夠通過，預計最快明年下半年大約是第3季末、第4季初能夠開始推案。該建案預計將採用全棟智慧綠建築設計，並搭配大同室內外節能方案。
