擴大戰線　旺宏向ITC控告飛索侵權

【范中興／台北報導】旺宏（2337）與飛索（Spansion）專利大戰愈演愈烈，旺宏今天表示，已於上周五向美國ITC（國際貿易委員會）控告飛索及其客戶侵犯旺宏的3項專利，旺宏並聲請禁制令，禁止侵權產品進口美國或在美銷售。

旺宏控告的飛索客戶包括：Beats Electronics LLC、Delphi Automotive PLC、Delphi Automotive Systems LLC、Harman International Industries, Inc.、Harman Becker Automotive Systems, Inc.、Harman Becker Automotive Systems GmbH、Ruckus Wireless, Inc.、Tellabs, Inc.等。
 
今年8月初飛索向美國國際貿易委員會ITC及北加州地方法院提告，主張旺宏侵害其6項NOR Flash（編碼型快閃記憶體）專利，揭開專利戰序幕；旺宏則在10月初反控飛索侵害旺宏的7項專利權，並提出損害賠償的請求和申請禁制令，上周旺宏再度擴大戰線向ITC提告並將被告擴及客戶，雙方專利大戰已經打到堅壁清野的地步。
