馬習會　王郁琦：在APEC最適合

【黃揚明／台北報導】總統馬英九日前接受國外媒體專訪時表達願和中國國家主席習近平會面的意願。陸委會主委王郁琦下午在立法院受訪時表示，若未來兩岸領導人要見面，必須在適當場合、時機，以適當身分進行，「目前看起來，大概只有APEC（亞太經合會）是我們看起來比較適合的場合。」

王郁琦說，後續會不會有其他情況還不敢講，但目前APEC是最適當的場合。至於馬習會面時彼此稱謂為何？王郁琦僅說：「仍在進行相關研究。」對中國方面傳出馬、習可互稱對方「閣下」，王郁琦回應，這不是官方說法，所以沒有評論。

至於王郁琦預定明年訪問中國並與國台辦主任張志軍會面，王郁琦今重申，目前兩岸仍在各自規劃，時間地點都尚未定案，但馬習會「不會列在我們兩人討論的議題內」。
