民進黨主張　特偵組預算全刪

【法庭中心／台北報導】立法院司法及法制委員會今天上午審查法務部明年度預算，民進黨立委柯建銘在程序發言說：「法務部預算本周會出司委會，並交付朝野協商，但民進黨主張特偵組預算全部刪除。」
 
柯建銘說：「特偵組在做政治偵防，是劊子手，辦案亂扣罪名。」柯並向在場委員喊話：「表決也沒用，後面還有朝野協商。」
 
國民黨立委林鴻池則反對刪除特偵組預算，強調制度是制度，特偵組在還沒廢之前，目前仍存在，建議以凍結或協商代替。
