美河市弊案　日勝昇澄清毛利率僅3％

【王筱君／台北報導】新店「美河市」聯開案涉貪凟，正由檢調偵辦中，開發商日勝生昨打破沉默，以廣告發表聲明，強調費時12年投資興建的「美河市」毛利率僅3％，並非外界所指的暴利。

日勝生副總經理周惠玉表示，一切皆採公開合法招標取得開發權，北市捷運聯開案件數高達80多件，日勝生取得5件僅佔全體不到7％。「美河市」目前銷售率已達99％，收入約282億元，但投入成本已達218億元。
