自製辣椒水行搶　效果不佳被活逮

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】「好險警察來的快，不然真的打不過這搶匪！」昨天晚上10時許，新北市警方接獲民眾報案，說有民眾疑似遭搶目前正在扭打中。

警方獲報後迅速趕抵現場，將28歲的楊姓男子制伏，並在他身上起出搶得的28000元，及行搶時用的自製辣椒水，訊後將楊男依強盜罪移送法辦。

楊男向警方供稱，因年關將近，在缺錢過年的情況下，才興起了幹一票好過年的念頭，希望能搶到錢又不傷人，便上網學製造辣椒水，噴人後再行搶，誰知道效果不佳！
