廣錠因應上櫃改選7董

【王郁倫／台北報導】廣錠(6441)股東臨時會昨通過配合初次上櫃作業規定辦理現金增資，並配合初次上櫃通過過額配售案及特定股東自願集保案，並全面改選董事案，當選董事7席包括廖良彬、廣積法人代表林秋旭、陳世雄、許演洲，獨立董事陳志湧、倪集熙、劉茹芬。

廣錠科技是廣積科技基於產業專業分工需求而成立專門負責博弈機台整機產製的子公司，先前由廣積持股100%，近期為符合廣錠的上市櫃申請規範，廣積的持股比重已經逐步降至70%以下。目前廣錠的實收資本額約在新台幣1.6億元左右。
