【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】北韓官方媒體今日指出，北韓領導人金正恩下令軍方提高作戰能力，又指戰爭將在毫無預警的情況下，一觸即發。

當地媒體指出，金正恩於昨日平安夜到南浦市，視察軍隊指揮所，並參觀作戰指揮室等設施。他下令提高戰備，又指戰爭可能在「毫無任何預警的情況下」爆發。
