二度跳票　台灣矽能出售電廠解危

【高佳菁／台北報導】台灣矽能二度跳票，對此，董事長陳瑋仁表示，昨退票的7張支票、總金額254萬元，是前任董事長莊文豪私自開立，已向警方報案請求偵辦，並將追究相關法律責任，不過，在明年1月10日前，尚有1942萬元未兌現的票據，公司決定出售轉投資的3家電廠，解決資金缺口。
 
陳瑋仁指出，23日發生跳票當天，就有1家有意投資電廠的買家主動與公司接洽，為解決資金缺口，公司決定先出售旗下轉投資的3家電廠，其中，台灣矽能電力與廣進矽能電力是台灣矽能百分百持股，初步將原出售這2家電廠，雙方將在今天直接協商，一旦達成協議，就可完全解決資金不足的問題。
