標題[問題] 領完年終提離職的時間?

想請教大家 我是2013/01/01到職 我打算領到年終就提出辭呈 目前計畫是2014/01/31向主管提離職 我目前是在服務業 二月會有八天的排休 還有本身還有七天的特休(此特休是2013做滿一年產生的) 再加上五天的補休 所以二月總共可以有20天休假 因為勞基法規定工作一年未滿三年離職要提前20天告知 我如果在2014/01/31提出離職 離職日壓2014/02/28 但實際上我只有工作到2014/02/08 02/09-02/28打算用特休 補休 排休都填滿 不曉得這樣有符合勞基法的20天告知嗎?? 雇主有理由不同意嗎 謝謝 附上2月預計排假圖 http://ppt.cc/P1MI -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.121.13
