敘反軍籲政府止攻 否則拒談

（法新社貝魯特23日電） 反政府的敘利亞全國聯盟今天表示，如果政府軍戰機繼續轟炸北部阿勒坡市，這個聯盟就不會參加計畫中的日內瓦和平談判。

政府軍戰機在轟炸阿勒坡（Aleppo）的8天行動中，已炸死300多人。戰機朝反政府軍控制區投擲炸藥桶。

全國聯盟（Syrian National Coalition）秘書長賈姆斯（Badr Jamous）發表聲明說，「如果（總統）阿塞德政權的轟炸和消滅人民行動持續，那麼本聯盟就不會前去日內瓦」，也就是下月和平談判的地點。

聲明中並說，聯盟的領袖賈巴（Ahmad Jarba）已與英、法2國外長聯繫，向他們投訴「阿塞德政權以炸藥桶和戰機進行逐日攻擊，造成許多人喪生」。

日內瓦談判意在達成政治過渡協議，以終止戰事。自2011年3月爆發朝野戰事以來，估計已有12萬6000人喪命，數百萬人流離顛沛。
