《保險法》三讀　落實保障信託受益人

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院今三讀通過《保險法》第22條條文修正案，將信託期間所交付的保險費、保險契約及保險人依契約應給付的保險金額，都可屬於信託財產，落實保障信託受益人。

提案修正的國民黨立委賴士葆表示，現在保險雖納入信託中，卻沒辦法落實照顧弱勢族群，因此，若能夠落實保險信託，其保險信託契約得由信託業為要保人，並得依契約代為交付保險費，替弱勢及身心障礙者的法定義務人代管照顧其後續經濟生活。
