大陸冷氣團影響　聖誕夜北部東北部濕冷

【張勵德／台北報導】今晚是聖誕夜，受到大陸冷氣團影響，今天台南以北及宜蘭地區低溫約攝氏13到15度，其他地區低溫約攝氏16到18度，由於北部、東北部地區整天都是有雨的濕冷天氣，民眾感受到的寒意會特別明顯，提醒民眾外出要記得做好保暖準備及攜帶雨具。

中央氣象局上午持續發布大雨特報，今天基隆北海岸、宜蘭地區及大台北山區有局部大雨發生機會，由於連日來累積雨量多，請山區民眾要注意落石、坍方。

氣象局表示，明天冷氣團略微減弱，各地氣溫回升約攝氏1到2度，北部、東半部地區仍有短暫雨，其他地區雲量偏多。後天下午另一波強烈大陸冷氣團報到，氣溫會明顯下滑，預估北部地區最低溫僅攝氏10度左右，中南部地區低溫降至攝氏11到14度。
