中市揪亂倒廢棄物　僅開單1成「業績差」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】環保議題發燒，台中市環保局取締棄置廢棄物聯合稽查實施一年來，共巡查非法棄置場址382次，卻僅開單告發26件，開單數不到一成。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，環保局取締非法棄置廢棄物，一年只開出26張罰單，昨在市政會議上被批「業績太差」。環保局長劉邦裕表示，未來會在較易被傾倒廢棄物地點增設攔查點，也會制定「窩裡反條款」，鼓勵企業員工勇於檢舉，揪出不法。
