蛇蠍妻殺夫　依殺人罪起訴

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市一名49歲謝姓卡拉OK店老闆娘，兩年前嫁給長她22歲、名下有2千萬的房產的顏姓老翁，婚後多次下藥、推夫下樓謀財不成，改採哀兵策略獲贈三筆土地後，得知丈夫要將其餘九筆土地贈給三個兒子，竟在分財產前一小時帶丈夫去泡湯，再讓丈夫喝下摻安眠藥的飲料溺斃，丈夫一死，她就吵著分產，死者子女悲慟說：「早就懷疑她動機不單純，爸爸就是不聽。」

警方發現游女早有殺人意圖，去年8月31日，顏男喝下妻子準備的豆漿後，昏迷送醫，經抽血檢查，查出有安眠藥反應，但顏男愛妻深切沒追究；同年底，顏男因心臟疾病掛急診，向醫師說：「我老婆推我下樓！」醫師將此寫在診療紀錄內，事後顏男卻沒報警，基隆地檢署於今日依殺人罪起訴謝姓女子。
