大家好， 初次在貴版發文，若有冒犯敬請見諒。 我最近去面試高雄燁X的"行銷部工讀生"，開了個讓我很..不心動的薪資 (爬文結果好像是 至少要150up)，想問問版上此工作前輩合理薪資大概多少... 前提: 中山外文畢，目前就讀研究所中。住過中南美洲幾年，會講一點西班牙文，已通過 西檢(DELE) B2。對方原本是想要招募全職，但我跟他說只能做兼職(例如一天三小時)，對 方同意並請我來面試。 工作內容: 用西班牙文開發客戶(電訪/email)， 翻譯公司網站，或其他雜事(我想) 薪資: 140~150/hr，勞健保狀況不明 由於以前從來沒面試過大公司，所以很多狀況不清楚，故來請教版上前輩們合理薪資應該 是多少。 爬文結果(英日工讀生那篇)推文中說至少要150，但在台灣西文算是更小的市場吧..薪 資是否該更高一點? 還是我太單純想太多了 @@" 如果真的是140/hr，換算成全職月薪也 才22k (我是以40hr/wk x 4wk/mo，不知是否有誤?) 22k阿.......... 對方還有說三個月後表現好可以調薪(嗯..) 公司有心要發展中南美這塊市場 bla bla 以後可以轉外派/駐點業務，不過這些我就當都市傳說聽了。 先謝謝大家! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.238.98.173
