善化業者非法掩埋黑心澱粉　被查獲

【辛啟松、劉榮輝／台南報導】台南市善化區三進澱粉廠王姓業者昨晚摸黑，違法將150噸化製澱粉掩埋在一處農地，遭民眾路過發現檢舉。王姓業者辯稱，化製澱粉是今年5月遭衛生局查扣後，佔據倉庫位置，他曾在九月向衛生局聲請運至焚化爐銷毀，但沒有接獲通知，他才會在昨晚偷偷掩埋。

但檢警認為，王姓業者掩埋時間在檢警破獲茂利澱粉廠銷售黑心澱粉之際，懷疑這150公噸化製澱粉是業者沒有申報的，目前已聯絡衛生局及環保局比對資料，釐清業者是否說謊。業者違法傾倒化製澱粉，雖然不是甲級廢棄物，可能會汙染環境，但檢警仍依違反《廢棄物清理法》偵辦。
