彰檢查電鍍毒水案　押被告重回廠區操作

　【孫英哲、詹智淵／彰化報導】彰檢偵辦電鍍廠毒水案，今天提訊涉案祥賀、藝松、蘇振輝及膳旺等四家公司的業者，共張友堂、張建雄、黃仁松、蘇振輝、蘇振雄、黃宏錞及陳中和等七名被告重回現場，勘查這些不法公司廠區排放廢水的設施，並勘查祥賀、藝松、蘇振輝三家公司共十個原水槽。
 
檢方為了解這些不法業者的電鍍廢水流向及管線分佈，除在藝松公司啟動製程，讓廢水排出，以確認管線分佈外，還在祥賀公司前的開挖區域，藉由紅色色劑，找尋暗管。
