日月光是否停工　陳菊：尊重環保局決定

【石秀華／高雄報導】甫從新加坡考察回國的高雄市長陳菊，今天上午針對日月光廢水污染後勁溪事件對外表示，「市府會依法、依專業，用最快速度做出決定，她支持環保局專業所做出的各項決定」。

陳菊並表示，後勁溪受污染是事實，對於後勁溪污染來源以及是誰污染後勁溪，市府要查清楚，並對後勁溪善盡保護責任。

陳菊說，這是非常專業的事，讓專業回歸專業，市府收到日月光陳述書後，會在最短時間依法，依專業，做出最嚴謹的處置，「我尊重環保局的專業，並支持環保局所做的各項決定！」
