高雄地王首易主　大遠百每坪109萬稱霸

【郭寶懃／台北報導】受到亞洲新灣區各項國際建設影響，2014年高雄地王換人當，改為在中山二路與三多四路路口的大遠百百貨，以每坪109萬元，打敗SOGO百貨每坪99萬元，蟬聯9年的地王寶座首度易主。

大遠百百貨公司首度登上高雄地王寶座，高雄市地政局指出，主要是因為亞洲新灣區各項國際型建設投入，如世貿國際會展中心等，間接影響該區周邊地價。
