退會要發毒誓　日月明功恐嚇「家破人亡」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】「日月明功」負責人陳巧明列被告後，爆日月明功會員若想中途退出，不但不能退費，還得發毒誓，簽下恐嚇性質的「保密條款」切結書。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，37歲的吳小姐在同事慫恿下，繳三萬多元申請入會日月明功，等兩個月都沒下文，吳小姐要求退會、退費卻遭拒絕，並被要求簽「保密條款」切結書，要保證「出去後絕口不提有關『日月明功』的事」，否則「會被車撞死、家破人亡、死於非命」。
