【動新聞】男勒斃母女　殺人前強逼分手砲

【胡治言／綜合報導】一名黃姓男子具有現役軍人身分，今年涉嫌潛入王姓前女友家，勒斃女友和女友母親，新北地檢署昨起訴黃男涉犯3項殺人重罪，建請法官給予嚴峻適切的量刑。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，現役軍人黃姓男子（20歲）今年涉潛入王姓前女友（19歲）家，以童軍繩絞殺王母，再綑綁王女性侵勒斃，並搜括屋內一萬元現金。黃男坦承預謀殺人，但否認逼王女死前做「分手砲」，以繩索行兇是因「勒死比較不痛苦」。

檢方斥黃男一派胡言，且簽寫還款協議當晚就買童軍繩，顯見已預謀。黃男承認去王家就是要殺人，用童軍繩行兇是因「勒死比較不痛苦」，反被檢方批沒人性。
