【短片】醫療法修正案　民團質疑半調子改革

【李英婷／台北報導】醫師勞動條件改革小組今舉行記者會，點名指出國民黨立委蘇清泉提案修正《醫療法》，欲以此取代基層醫師近年戮力爭取的「受僱醫師納入《勞基法》84-1條」，這是大走回頭路。

醫勞小組執委陳宗延表示，《醫療法》第59條修正案，讓不具勞動檢查專業的衛福部取代勞委會擔任主管機關，難免讓人質疑是半調子的改革方案，甚至剝奪醫事人員可適用《勞基法》的權利。

陳宗延還表示，《醫療法》第60條修正案，將醫師以外從事急救措施的醫事人員，排除適用《勞基法》工時與休假規定，但對於「急救」定義曖昧，難保醫院不會以 此為憑藉，擴大解釋急救範圍，造成護理人員過度勞累。因此，陳要求，蘇清泉應撤回提案，著手研議受僱醫師納入《勞基法》，促使相關單位輔導醫療院所改善勞動環境。
