6度酒駕被抓　爆肝仍要喝

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名有竊盜前科的39歲游姓男子，曾有5次酒駕被逮記錄，半年多前，他第6度酒後騎機車被抓，酒測值高達1.47毫升，宜蘭地院審理後，認為他全然罔顧公眾及自身安全，及缺乏尊重他用路人生命、財產安全之觀念，今天將他依公共危險罪判處10月徒刑。
 
法官同時以游男國中畢業後就開始喝酒，縱使肝指數超標，每天仍都會喝，否則睡不著覺，且曾有到醫院戒酒2個月失敗紀錄，認定游男以無法克制自身酒癮，並一再酒後駕車，認定此行為會產生危險性，而有預防矯治之必要，故除了入監服刑外，還需施以禁戒3個月。
