標題[請問] 護照可以改急件嗎？

我於12/6號去燦星新辦護照 旅社人員說要12/17才能拿到，現在因為請朋友的朋友訂機票，他說要開票需要護照一直催 請問我能改成急件嗎？我知道要加錢，只是不知道能不能改 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.163.201.178
