私梟海上丟包　海巡人員打撈142箱私菸

【蔡進男／基隆報導】海巡署北部地區機動海巡隊「謀星艦」，今天下午在基隆嶼外海巡邏時，意外發現海上一大片私菸，海巡人員研判是私梟發現行跡敗露緊急丟包，海巡人員共打撈142箱自創品牌私菸，包括「大七」、「黑珍珠」、「金馬」等3種品牌，市價約350萬元，海上平白撈到大量私菸，海巡人員振奮不已。
