查槍意外查獲失竊電纜　槍擊案主嫌被法辦

【林錫淵／高雄報導】1名槍擊案主嫌黃姓男子（26歲，槍砲、毒品前科）疑擁槍自重，高市刑大偵七隊幹員獲報監控蒐證後，持搜索票到阿蓮區中正路黃男家中查緝，一進門就撞見黃男與3名小弟坐在客廳，桌上有K盤，4人疑在拉K，警搜索槍枝無果，卻在屋內查獲150公尺長的台電電纜線。

警方查出這批電纜線去年底遭竊，市價3萬5千元，當時造成阿蓮中路上百戶停電，惟黃男否認偷電纜線，辯稱是另1名小弟所偷，警方先依竊盜、贓物罪將黃男送辦；因現場4人涉及吸毒拉K，一併被帶回採尿化驗，若呈陽性反應，將另依《毒品危害防制條例》裁罰。
