日月明功害死高中生　彰縣府探默園

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】母親沉迷日月明功虐死親生子事件，彰化縣政府民政處今天前往案發地默園訪查，日月明功「老師」陳巧明的堂弟喊冤：「我們陳家也是受害者！」
　　陳的堂弟說，家族長輩與家屬都很低調，卻受這種池魚之殃。彰化縣府民政處副處長戴瑞文今天前往訪查，陳巧明的堂弟說，因為家人各有事業，很少回默園，陳巧明藉著要回默園協助整理之名，約8年前帶一群學員出現在默園，剛開始一個星期只來1、2天，到最近幾年變成有學員乾脆就住在這裡，讓家屬也很困擾。
　　陳的堂弟說，很感謝這些學員幫陳家整理默園，不過，家屬不清楚陳巧明上甚麼課，也許這種管教方式就是他們的中心思想，也相信最難過的的應該是死者的的媽媽，陳家也非常遺憾。戴瑞文則說，日月明功並沒有膜拜神祉、也無登記在案，靈修目前無法令可管，縣府將針對轄內其他類似宗教或靈修團體展開調查。
