當街拖回裸女囚虐　恐怖情人收押

【方翊倩／綜合報導】北市文山區檳榔攤陳姓老闆與女友分手仍藕斷絲連，陳男多次痛毆、性侵前女友，上月女子再遭蹂躪，全身赤裸逃出，遭陳男拖回檳榔攤囚禁，北檢昨聲押陳男獲准。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，陳男與被害人一年前分手，但因共同經營檳榔攤而藕斷絲連。今年陳男兩度毆打、性侵被害人，被害人一度報案，事後卻心軟撤告。不料，上月陳男又與前女友起口角，再次痛毆被害人並強脫衣褲企圖性侵，被害人不顧全身赤裸逃出，陳男竟尾隨，當街將被害人拖回檳榔攤囚禁。檢察官認為陳男涉犯強制性交等罪，惡性重大，且有再犯之虞，昨指揮警方緊急拘提陳男到案，向法院聲押獲准。
