外派人員生活費　台北全球第14貴

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】跨國人資顧問公司ECA International今發布對全球各城市的「生活費用指數調查」，依外派人員生活需要物資價格如油、奶、衣服、外食費等為調查範圍，受調查的440個城市中，委內瑞拉的卡拉卡斯從去年第7名一口氣跳上第一，成為全球外派人員生活費用最貴的城市；亞洲前3名分別是東京、北京和名古屋，台北則在亞洲排名第14，較去年下降1個名次，在全球排名第69。

ECA International 亞洲區總監關禮廉分析，東京原是去年全球第1，但受日圓持續走弱影響，今年跌到全球第10；東京和台北的差異從去年的66%大幅減少至32%，但東京外派人員生活仍是全亞洲最高。北京從去年亞洲第5名一舉跳上第2，在全球排名第15，外派人員在北京的生活費用較台北高出約20%。香港則在亞洲排名第8、全球排名第28，是外派人員生活費第3高的大中華區城市。

關禮廉表示，駐台北的外派人員生活費用從去年開始略為增加，但增幅比不上大中華地區和亞洲區一些城市，導致排名從去年同期開始並無上升，有可能使台北進一步成為跨國企業發展業務的理想之選。
