王幸男不滿被指抓耙子　告施明德夫妻求償敗訴

【丁牧群／台北報導】民進黨前主席施明德與妻子陳嘉君共同編著的《叛亂、遺囑》一書，寫到民進黨立委王幸男當年犯下謝東閔爆炸案，「捕後立刻向情治人員下跪哭求饒恕，隨後吞飲滾水，假自殺真求生，並全盤供出『台獨聯盟』的機密換取免死。」王認為施明德夫妻污衊他是「抓耙子」，怒告兩人求償1000萬元並要求登報道歉。
 
王幸男向法官強調，當初因為害怕連累無辜家人親友，才下定決心自殺，並非施夫妻所稱「假自殺真求生」，更沒有下跪哭求饒恕及出賣同志。法官審理認定該段文字是陳嘉君所寫，而她已盡查證義務，評論也屬善意，並非故意侵害王幸男名譽，因此一、二審都判施夫妻無須賠償、道歉。最高法院昨駁回王幸男上訴，全案定讞。
