掛競選旗挨罰20萬　蔡英文抗罰勝訴定讞

【丁牧群／台北報導】去年總統大選時，台中市府公告特定地點才能設置競選廣告物，但民進黨總統候選人蔡英文遭民眾檢舉，違規在公告地點外的路燈及紅綠燈柱懸掛競選旗幟，中央選舉委員會因此罰蔡20萬元。
 
蔡英文不服提起行政訴訟，主張違規的旗幟不是她的競選團隊所懸掛，不該受罰，法官調查認定，那些旗幟是「不明熱心助選民眾」掛的，台北高等行政法院今判決蔡英文免罰，全案定讞。
