【蔡進男／基隆報導】北市50歲湯姓女子辦理貸款時，發現被某工程行偷偷報稅，警方約談36歲陳姓業者，其供稱以每筆4000元向陳姓金控公司專員購買的，共買了26人次，基警偵3隊昨會同刑事局，逮捕34歲陳姓專員，搜出2000多筆個資，陳供稱，是在金控公司工作時，抄下來的，警訊後將2人依偽造文書、違反個人資料保護法，函送法辦，因陳嫌另涉詐欺騙通緝，先予解送高院。
