友達前主管陳炫彬、熊暉獲保釋

【吳秀樺／台北報導】友達（2409）涉及違反托拉斯案，友達公司及前主管陳炫彬與熊暉被判有罪，各判3年徒刑與20萬美元罰款，今年初2人已入獄服刑，不過友達與個人律師仍持續提出上訴，並希望2人能在上訴期間，得以保釋在外；根據外電報導，美國第9巡迴上訴法院同意2上訴期間得以保釋在外的聲請。
 
至於2人何時可以獲得保釋，保釋後是否有機會回到台灣？對此，友達表示，相關保釋及上訴程序個人律師，將會針對其作後續必要的適當處置，用以捍衛兩人權利，只是因此案件仍在上訴中且渉及個人訴訟權益，公司不方便代為說明細節。
