教育部公布人才培育白皮書　將嚴控教育質量

【蔡永彬／台北報導】教育部今天早上在網站公布《人才培育白皮書》，教育部部長蔣偉寧下午將率領相關主管說明。白皮書以「轉型與突破」為主題，分成國民基本教育、技術職業教育、大學教育暨國際化及全球人才布局3大主軸，期許未來10年我國人才具備全球移動、就業、創新、跨領域、資訊、公民等6項關鍵能力。
 
白皮書內提到，在少子女化、高齡化的趨勢下，學生未來的總生產力必須力求倍增，因此將「嚴格管控各級學校的教育質量」，讓學生具備扎實的專業能力和國際競爭力，尤須加強培育「科技人才」，透過科技創新或創業，大幅提升我國生產力。
