台北市豪宅售屋所得　全採最高比率課稅

【林巧雁／台北報導】台北市豪宅將從重課稅，財政部賦稅署擬規劃售屋所得由目前「分區課稅」改為「分級課稅」，台北市12個行政區的豪宅全採較高的獲利率（財政部設定的售屋所得計算率48%計稅），非豪宅則以42%計稅。
 
財政部長張盛和說，房屋交易所得應要核實課稅，國稅局查不到才以此公式計算，他還沒看到公文，但原則上同意此方向。台北市M型化較嚴重，分為豪宅與非豪宅課稅比較合理。若年底通過，明年可開始實施新標準。
 
台北市大安、信義、松山與中正4個行政區不分豪宅或平價屋，都按最高48%推計率計算售屋所得，但這4個區也有老舊房屋，卻要課重稅，其他區的豪宅稅率卻較低，立委認為很不公平，要求財政部修改。
 
未來台北市4區的「非豪宅」推計率從48%降至42%，其他8個行政區的豪宅售屋獲利推計率則從42%上調至48%。
