少女患怪病　一吃飯就「懷孕」

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國一名19歲少女哈莉(Rachael Harley)，患上罕見的腹腔黏連(abdominal adhesions)，器官之間被纖維性組織纏著，消化系統難以移動，每次進食後腹部腫脹有如懷孕，醫生至今束手無策。

哈莉今年4月病發，她的肚一夜之間暴漲並伴隨劇痛，讓她以為胃部快要爆開。醫生進行測試都找不出病因，哈莉7月施行手術，醫生發現腸道及闌尾被纖維性組織黏在一起，於是進行切除手術。正當哈莉以為擺脫惡夢之際，纖維性組織又再重生，她10月再度入院，但醫生根本找不到根治方法。

哈莉擔心病情再拖下去，會對器官的傷害一日比一日嚴重，甚至蔓延到胃部、膽囊、以及生殖器官。她現時被迫放棄學業，由於當地健保拒絕支持醫藥費，她正籌集4000英鎊(約新台幣19萬元)找私人醫師專家治療，植入裝置防止纖維性組織生長，她目前已籌到約一半款項。
