前新竹風城董座億元宅淪法拍

【王筱君／台北報導】又見名人宅淪法拍！前新竹風城董事長楊介昌、大股東陳守德共同持有松山區「高興興業大樓」18樓兩戶打通，16日將在台北地方法院舉行第1拍，含4車位總面積230.27坪，底價1億4786萬元。

誠信法拍屋經理高文軒表示，該區未來雖有捷運松山線題材，區域租金行情每坪800~1000元，且待拍戶位於高樓層，但價格不夠吸引人，加上不點交、出租也不划算，流標機率高。
