愛車送修　架高後摔地面「心都碎了」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】福斯汽車太古內湖服務中心被投訴，使用機械式雙柱千斤頂將顧客交付維修的Scirocco 1.4TSI架高時，未妥善固定致車輛從高處摔落。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台北鄭先生說，10月14日將向朋友購入的二手福斯Scirocco轎車送至福斯內湖服務中心檢修，不料當晚卻接獲業者來電，告知車輛從雙柱千斤頂上摔下，前往察看發現車輛前方保險桿、乘客座A柱、車頂、右前葉子板、兩側門板、尾門鈑金、尾翼、後保險桿全都凹損刮傷、右後視鏡幾乎斷裂，車主心疼說：「心都碎了。」

對此，業者回應，因維修車輛時，將車輛放置在雙柱千斤頂上，但固定座沒固定好，技師也未察覺，車輛才會滑落，會再加強人員教育訓練。 

鄭先生投訴，將愛車送至福斯汽車太古內湖服務中心檢修，汽車卻從高處摔落，造成右側後視鏡斷裂（下圖，藍框處）等損傷。

鄭先生的愛車送修前完好如新。
