網路起底報復前女友　男判刑5個月

【方翊倩／綜合報導】民眾注意，網路屬公開平台，評論文章或照片，即使內容是真的，但對方若非公眾人物，就不應公開，以免觸法。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，王姓男子不甘交往3年的俞姓前女友提分手，一氣之下，將他和俞女的性愛生活公約、情史等文件與照片PO網，指俞女憑美貌周遊多男，俞女氣得提告。新北地院認為，就算王男所說是真的，仍屬女方隱私，依妨害名譽罪判王男5個月；可上訴。
