金山老婦泡湯猝死　醫師建議30分鐘為限

【陳偉周／新北報導】基隆市1名79歲張姓婦人，昨天晚間10時許，在自家金山區名流路上別墅泡湯，家人發現張婦獨自在長4公尺的浴池中奄奄一息，將張婦拉上池邊，通報救護人員前往救援，送醫後仍回天乏術，警方初步研判溫差大導致猝死。
 
基隆長庚急診科主任鐘亢建議，泡溫泉單次以10分鐘採坐姿起身，避免發生姿勢性低血壓，泡湯時間以30分鐘為宜；針對患有高血壓、心血管疾病、皮膚過敏與酗酒後，應注意溫泉水溫、水質酸鹼度，並適當補充水分、鹽分，如稀釋的運動飲料等。
