標題[請益] IC設計原公司 VS 日立

公司 剛成立不久的IC設計 台灣日立 地點 新竹 桃園 職務 FW 韌體、硬體相關 薪水 52K 40500 福利 目前沒有應該不會分紅 ? 工時 早九晚10或更晚 表訂是07:30~16:10 但都會加班 加班制度 責任制 責任制(有加班費 照勞基法算) 住所 租房子 家 交通 機車 機車20~30分 目前待在左邊這家公司兩個月 公司有前景 但會不會賺錢還是未知數 以目前我的能力待在這間公司 非常吃力 離能幫同事分擔工作還有一大段距離 主要是想多了解 日立 加班的程度 工作內容對未來的前景 薪資 福利 希望了解的大大能分享 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.67.147
