【曾佳俊／台北報導】國內50萬名新住民想要學電腦，現在有了祕密武器，而且全程免費！移民署今天上午於228和平紀念公園內，舉辦嘉年華園遊會，2部七彩繽紛的小貨車更引起民眾好奇圍觀，這原來是讓人學電腦的「行動小胖卡」，由今年剛榮獲十大傑出女青年的新住民姐妹林麗蟬代言，胖卡只要打開貨艙及後車廂門，隨即變成一個教學講台，還能提供桌椅、帳棚以及完善的電腦設備，同時有無線網路基地台，只要有適當場所、5人以上即可上課，未來將跑遍全台22縣市及偏鄉地區，3年預計培訓2萬人次，學會上網找工作、通訊及文書處理，免費提供機動性的行動教室供新住民、配偶及其子女學習。
