得老母650萬房產不負責　判不孝女全還

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市68歲的老母2009年禁不起女兒楊女要求，將價值650萬的房子過戶給女兒，也承認照顧老母下半輩子，但她拿房子抵押借款，遭銀行查封。母親遭楊女惡言相向，飽受精神暴力，連在家使用衛生紙都要控制。媽媽氣不過，向新竹地院訴請返還贈與物，新竹地院判楊女賠母650萬。

判決書指出，楊女取得房地，但常欠扶養費，其他弟妹擔心姐姐反悔，2010要求她簽協議書，照顧母親並付扶養費，不得將房地抵押貸款和出售，但楊女仍向銀行借款並找仲介代賣房子。因女兒毀約，今年9月房子又查封，蘇女深怕無家可住，因而提起告訴。法官認，蘇女無謀生能力，且需人照顧，認定原告所請有理，准賠650萬元。
