整理行車紀錄器　發現老婆有小王

【方翊倩／綜合報導】新竹市陳姓男子在整理妻子行車紀錄器時，發現妻子與高姓電子科技工程師曾共處一室2個多小時，憤而向新竹地院訴請求償，法官判賠15萬元。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，陳男指控，高男去年1月9日約妻子藍女前往租屋處共處2個小時，高男明知藍女已婚卻不避諱，明顯侵害他的配偶權，並以高男去年度總收入250萬元為求償金額。法官認定高男與藍女行為，已逾越普通朋友的親密交往行為，確讓陳男精神上受到痛苦，判賠15萬元。
