總長捍衛清白　 對檢方起訴完全否認

【法庭中心／台北報導】檢察總長黃世銘下午在法庭內火力全開，完全否認犯行，直指北檢起訴他的犯行，在認定事實及適用法律上，他完全無法接受。
 
北檢檢察官在法庭內針對北檢起訴被告黃世銘的犯罪事實進行說明時，黃世銘仍低頭閱讀相關資料，直至檢察官即將說明完畢時，黃才抬起頭雙眼逼視負責陳述的檢察官。
 
隨後，審判長陳智暉要求身為被告的黃世銘，對檢方陳述起訴的事實表達意見，黃堅定說出：「完全否認」。
