竹北「若山」依樓層選樹種　打造登山意象

【潘姿羽／新竹報導】建商常以錯層式陽台增加建築特色，也放大陽台空間。半畝塘建設更運用此概念，在新竹縣竹北市光明六路東二段、嘉豐北路口的新成屋「若山」以山的意象打造建築，樓層愈高，陽台栽種的樹種也不同，垂直綠覆率達基地面積1.5倍。
 
半畝塘建設綠技術研發經理黃凱新表示，「若山」地上20樓，12月中即將完工，因此陽台樹種都已安置好。低樓層種植櫸木、梅樹，中樓層種九芎，高樓層則想像登山客攻頂，通常看到的是蒼勁的針葉林，因此除了白水木，更種了羅漢松和赤松。

建案「若山」每樓層陽台種植不同樹種，公共空間也規劃植生牆，基地垂直綠覆綠達150%。半畝塘建設提供
