【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】滿載救援物資的我國海軍中和號登陸艦，於昨天上午抵達菲律賓宿霧港。當地媒體稱，中和號帶來530噸的食品、衣物、帳篷、發電機、組合屋等救災物資。
 
據美聯社報導，這是近40年來我國海軍船艦首次訪問菲律賓，馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處理事主席培瑞斯對此表示：「這是莫大的幫助，海燕颱風襲菲第二天台灣方面就回應了我們的求援。」
 
據中央社報導，菲律賓中部軍區司令戴維拉圖達中將稱，菲律賓人民不會忘記台灣人的美意。這批物資將被分發到基萬鎮（Guiuan）、歐莫克鎮（Ormoc）、塔克羅班市（Tacloban）和宿霧省北部等災區。
