男不滿判決　掛字牌咒法官不得善終

【林靜盛／雲林報導】雲林地方法院外電線桿本週三遭人懸掛詛咒法官不得好死、不得善終的看板，週四更擴散至周邊鬧區，約60公分平方看板中，以紅色顏料書寫詛咒字眼，姓名以諧音取代，虎尾警方連日調閱監視器，昨晚將嫌犯吳國榮(61歲)通知到案，他坦承犯行，偵訊後，依《妨害名譽罪》函送法辦。
 
元長鄉民吳國榮(61歲)不滿，今年2月底因家族遺產、祖先供奉等問題，與胞兄吳新興起爭執，雙方發生拉扯，吳國榮遭胞兄持木棒毆傷，吳國榮為此提出傷害告訴與民事求償，今年7月鍾姓法官依《傷害罪》宣判吳新興3個月，得易科罰金；另吳國榮民事求償胞兄47萬，本月民事庭陳姓法官判賠2萬7千元。對法官宣判結果不滿意，因此在法院周邊懸掛詛咒看板。
